The Kimberling City Lions Club was founded in 1964 for the purpose of serving our community.  We currently provide eye exams and eye glasses locally to those who can not afford them, we help stock the county food shelves, we build play grounds for the kids, and we provide leader dogs, cornea transplants and treat river blindness throughout the world.  Our motto is simple, We Serve!

                  Latest Lion News

The Lions Club has combined forces by inviting other local Clubs to join us in fund raising opportunities.  By working together we are a force of 200.  Come join us the 1st & 3rd Tuesday of every month at 5:30.  Always good food, good friends, and fun things to do.

                             EVERYONE IS WELCOME!

Individually, we are a lemonade stand, together we are a Midway!  By pooling resources with other clubs we have the ability to put on large events with very little effort.  The larger the event we can build, the more people we all reach, the more money we can all raise for our wonderful causes and the more volunteers we can recruit. More importantly, the more fun the entire community has.  Coordinating a Midway for a large event is very difficult to do with one Club but comes together with ease when 15 Clubs work together.  Each Club provides one booth and we have 15 points of interest, we have a Midway!  Table Rock Days, May 21st, Fire Burst July 2nd, Cardboard Boat Races August 6th, Bonnie & Clyde Days October 15th, and the Christmas Parade & Winter Festival December 3rd, are all community events that we can work together to grow excitement and build participation.  15 booths, 15 things to do, 15 things to eat, 15 Clubs inviting 50 people each and suddenly we have a fun festival for the entire community.  Every Club takes responsibility for one booth or one game or one food stand and the whole event comes together with ease.

We meet the 1st & 3rd Tuesday every month at the Lions Club building on Hwy OO and 13 at 5:45pm.  Every Club, church and organization is invited to join us.  Send one or two representatives from your organization to our meetings and together we can build a community.  Come and join us!

Our meetings include FREE dinner at 6:00pm. Meeting at 6:35pm.  Social Hour 5:30-6:30.
